INK casts throughout the year for a range of productions, with a particular focus on performers with good stage experience. While we always welcome actors with connections to East Anglia, we also cast from across the UK. Auditions are held in both London and East Anglia.

Our largest casting call is for the annual five-day INK Festival, where around 40 actors are cast across more than 70 brand-new short plays for stage and radio. The festival's unique cross-casting format gives actors the rare opportunity to perform a wide variety of roles, working with multiple writers and directors in a single production period.

Many actors go on to secure further professional work and make valuable industry connections as a result of their involvement with INK.
