INK is the UK’s leading producer of new short plays 

Founded in 2014 in response to a young playwright’s frustration at the lack of opportunities for new work, INK now creates and produces over 80 new plays every year. 

Through our flagship five-day festival in Suffolk and year-round programme of touring, education, artist development and community engagement, we champion new talent and bring exceptional theatre to audiences across East Anglia and beyond. 

We work with schools, charities, health organisations, community groups and other theatre companies, providing free and affordable opportunities that make theatre accessible to all.
