INK works with a wide range of production and creative professionals throughout the year, including stage managers, technicians, lighting and sound operators, set and costume designers, props makers, fight directors, intimacy coordinators and other backstage specialists.

Our greatest need is for the annual INK Festival, when we produce around 70 new plays across multiple venues. We welcome applications from both experienced practitioners and those aged 18+ who are at the beginning of their careers and looking to gain professional experience.
